Where is the full description of the item listing?

Can I contact Years After if I have an issue with my item?
Yes! Your satisfaction is always important to us! If you have an issue then please do contact us at the top right of the shop page. Please note that we will accept returns if an item was greatly misrepresented or drastically incorrect.
Returns and refunds are not accepted due to not reading, misreading item description or buyer's remorse. The customer is responsible to read the description and measurements provided in the listing. The customer is responsible to know the measurements for themselves or another for which they are buying. Computers will also vary the shades of colors on different monitors, and we can not be responsible for these varying shades.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All our items are packed professionally and in bubble wrap and/or jewelry boxes or jewelry pouches. Gift wrapping specifically is not available.
What do I do if my package is lost or damaged?
We have never had a package lost or damaged in 20 years but there is always that chance. In this event your item is lost or damaged please notify us immediately. We will instruct you on the procedure. For damaged items we ask that you take photos of the damage and send them to us. Please save the original shipping box and contents. A claim will be filed and we may request that you complete an affidavit for the insurance company to process the claim.
Please note that we are not responsible for items that are sent back to us for undeliverable mail or wrong address given unless it is an error on our part. We will offer to reship items for the costs to cover the reshipping fees.
Care instructions
Vintage and antique jewelry will tarnish and age over time. Most jewelry can be cleaned by rinsing in lukewarm water using mild dish soap especially after events/wear, Do not wash, use chemicals or soak jewelry including rhinestones, foil back stones or celluloid jewelry as water will ruin them. Make sure to fully dry jewelry prior to returning to storage.
Use a soft polishing cloth to restore your jewelry's sparkle. Some jewelry has a desired patina, therefore be careful what you decide to clean. Do not keep jewelry in plastic bags, mixed with other jewelry or near moisture. If you are unsure how to care for your specific item please contact us.
